Complete Winterizing and Preservation Services
We have taken the specifications from the government agency's and combined them to produce the strictest standards for our winterizing of the properties. Although our climate does not tend to have long frigid cold spells, we still prepare the properties as if we do. No garden hoses gravity draining after we leave. We have on our trucks equipped with Air compressors with the adapters to connect to the water supply. Approximately 60 psi of air is applied to the water supply system, Removing the water from the lines by air pressure. We then treat all drains to prevent them from freezing.
A small price to pay for prevention of busted water lines
that can and does result in major damage to the property. Sheetrock and
other items that cost a lot more to repair.
