We would like to introduce to you our company and the services we offer. We have been in business since 1984 offering our services to Real Estate agents and Mortgage Brokers who specialize in REO, distressed and foreclosed properties. We have also been a long time contractor for HUD and VA property management. We are able to perform any service you may need to have done to a home from eviction services to making contingency repairs for closing. If there is anything you need done to a home, we can do it. A single call from you and we can handle any repair, problem or maintenance issue you may have with a property. We handle all work requests promptly and professionally. We cover the entire Atlanta metropolitan area and a large portion of north and central Georgia. We can help with unique repairs as well as day to day maintenance.
